How do I choose my size?

Open Size guide & fit help beside Add to Cart on the product page. Check the measurements and units before ordering. For shirts, compare them with a shirt you already own. If a chart is unavailable, send us the product name and your sizing question before ordering.

When will my order arrive?

Most products take 2–5 business days to produce, then shipping time is added. Timing depends on the product, destination and shipping method. Rates and available options appear at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. Read shipping details.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation once your order ships. Items may arrive in separate packages. If you need help, use the form below and include your order number.

Can I exchange a size or return a shirt?

Our products are made to order. We do not offer size or color exchanges or change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law provides that right. Please check sizing before ordering. Read the full return policy.

What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep photos of the issue available. Printful requires product claims within 30 days of delivery, so tell us promptly. Contact us before sending anything back. See the return policy.
